Join me for these nurturing 3 hour workshops.
Cool it! Menopause Yoga for Hot flushes, 26th July 2025 and Release the Rage! Menopause Yoga for Rage and Irritability, 16th August 2025, are both designed to support and empower women experiencing some of the many symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
Each workshop will include a supportive women's circle, where everyone is invited to share their experience, so that we can learn from and inspire each other.
The first workshop will include a soothing yoga practice, including gentle movement, restorative poses and cooling and calming breathwork.
The second workshop will be a calming and rejuvenating practice to help release tension and restore inner steadiness. Using both releasing and restorative yoga postures, breathwork and techniques to be compassionate to yourself though these emotional shifts.
Both workshops will give you practical techniques that you may then use in your everyday life. Help you make informed choices, to embrace and reframe your menopause experience into a positive time of transformation.
No yoga experience is required. Just bring yourself – exactly as you are – all emotions welcome!
